Kuvaus
Steel Seal on yksinkertainen tee-se-itse -tuote sylinterikannen tiivisteen tiivistämiseen. Steel Seal on tiivistysaine, joka kovettuu yhtä vahvaksi kuin teräs ja tiivistää pysyvästi. Steel Seal voidaan käyttää kaikenlaisissa autoissa ja moottoreissa, joissa on vesijäähdytteinen jäähdytysjärjestelmä, riippumatta siitä, onko kyseessä bensiini- vai dieselmoottori, eikä se tukkeudu jäähdytysjärjestelmään. Steel Seal tiivistää kaikenlaiset rikkoutuneet sylinterikannen tiivisteet, halkeamat moottorinlohkoissa, löysät sylinterilinjat ja vääntyneet sylinterikannet.
Yhteensopiva kaikkien perinteisten jäähdytysnesteiden kanssa. Steel Seal ei ole vahvistettu yhteensopivaksi vettömien jäähdytysnesteiden tai puhdasten jäähdytysnesteiden kanssa, koska jäähdytysjärjestelmässä on oltava vettä.

Ohjeet vaihe vaiheelta
Varmista, että moottori on kylmä ja poista jäähdyttimen korkki. Kaada Steel Seal suoraan jäähdyttimeen. Aseta korkki takaisin paikoilleen. Huomio: Jos sinulla ei ole jäähdyttimen korkkia, kaada suoraan laajennussäiliöön.
Käännä lämmityslaite ja tuuletin maksimiin. Käynnistä moottori ja aja ajoneuvoa lämpötilaan asti. Kun ajoneuvo on saavuttanut käyttölämpötilan, anna sen käydä tyhjäkäynnillä 30 minuutin ajan. Sammuta ajoneuvo ja anna sen jäähtyä täysin. Täytä tarvittaessa jäähdytysnesteellä ja aseta jäähdyttimen korkki takaisin paikoilleen.
Jätä Steel Seal järjestelmään ja aja ajoneuvoa normaalisti.

Jos olet kokeillut muita ala-arvoisia tuotteita, huuhtele jäähdytysjärjestelmä pelkällä vedellä poistamalla alempi jäähdyttimen letku. Älä käytä jäähdyttimen puhdistusaineita.
Huuhtelun jälkeen liitä alempi jäähdyttimen letku takaisin jäähdyttimeen
.
LISÄOHJEITA STEEL SEALIN KÄYTTÖÄ VARTEN:
Nämä ohjeet ovat niille, joilla on ylipaine jäähdytysjärjestelmässä, joka yleensä ilmenee kuplina paisuntasäiliössä tai ilmavuotoina jäähdyttimen kannesta.
Selvitä, mikä sylinteri aiheuttaa ylipaineen paisuntasäiliössä tai takaiskuissa. (Poista yksi sytytystulppa kerrallaan, kunnes kupliminen loppuu.)
Ennen moottorin käynnistämistä poista sytytystulppa tai polttoainesuihku sylinteristä, joka aiheutti kuplimisen paisuntasäiliössä tai ylipaineen. Jos pääset siihen käsiksi, poista myös polttoainesuihkun johto kyseisestä sylinteristä vähentääksesi polttamattoman polttoaineen määrää.
– Jos et löydä sytytystulppaa, joka aiheuttaa kuplimisen, käynnistä moottori jäähdytysnesteellä siten, että se peittää jäähdyttimen siilojen yläosan, jäähdyttimen korkki pois päältä. Tai jätä paisuntasäiliön kansi pois päältä ja pidä vain niin paljon vettä, että voit nähdä sen.
– Varmista, että annat moottorin lämmetä käynnistämisen jälkeen ilman sytytystulppaa / polttoainesuihkua ja anna moottorin käydä vielä yhden kerran sytytystulpan / polttoainesuihkun asennuksen jälkeen.
