If Steel Seal cylinder head seal is used for a broken cylinder head gasket and it does not work, we are more than happy to offer you full replacement as a maximum up to the recommended retail price seen on our website, or a replacement bottle (only once).

All you need to do is provide us with:

• Purchase certificate for Steel Seal from an authorized dealer listed on our website.
• A written statement from a car repair shop which, via compression test or gas test, states that you really have a broken cylinder head gasket. Or a written confirmation that the car has been scrapped. Or a receipt showing that you have recently renovated the cylinder head gasket.
• Registration number

• Only one refund per vehicle
• The recommended amount of Steel Seal must have been used up to a maximum of three bottles.
• All claims for compensation must be sent to us in writing within 28 days from the date of purchase together with the information above.
